Shipping policy

Within India

We ship by courier or transport depending on size and weight. Typical delivery after dispatch is 2 to 7 days. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp or email.

Export

Small, urgent parcels go by air courier (usually 3 to 7 days after dispatch). Larger orders go by air freight or sea freight. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP as agreed. Export shipments include a commercial invoice and packing list; a certificate of origin can be arranged on request.

Chemicals

Chemicals are packed in their original drums or pails, labelled and shipped with the safety data sheet. Some chemicals need special transport or cannot be sent to certain countries; we confirm this before quoting.

Dispatch time

Dispatch time is stated on each quote and starts after the agreed payment is received.

Duties and taxes

For exports, import duties, taxes and clearance charges are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.

Damage in transit

Check the packaging on delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos so we can claim with the carrier.
