Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all quotes, orders and sales by BESUTO AGRO EQUIPS LLP ("we", "us"), trading as Indexora, with its principal place of business at Palwal Road, Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana 122103, India. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Quotes

Website prices are indicative. Every order is quoted individually, based on quantity, destination and shipping method. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them, normally 7 days, because supplier prices and freight rates change.

Orders and payment

We usually ask for an advance payment. The advance amount and balance terms are agreed for each order and written on the proforma invoice. Goods are dispatched once the agreed payment is received. Orders are confirmed only when we issue a proforma invoice and receive the agreed payment. Payment is accepted only into bank accounts in the name of BESUTO AGRO EQUIPS LLP. Always confirm our bank details with us by phone before paying; we will never change bank details by email alone.

Products

We supply new genuine parts, OEM parts, aftermarket parts, machinery and industrial chemicals as described in each quote. We state clearly whether an item is genuine, OEM or aftermarket. The buyer is responsible for giving the correct part number, model, serial number or specification.

Taxes and duties

Prices in India include or add GST as shown on the invoice. For exports, import duties, taxes and clearance charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer unless the quote says otherwise.

Delivery

Delivery times in quotes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, strikes, natural events or other causes outside our control. See our shipping policy.

Returns

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of production or profit. Chemicals must be stored, handled and used as described in the safety data sheet.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
